В 2019 году в России пройдут торжественные мероприятия посвященные 30-летию вывода Советских войск из Афганистана. Алексей Альховик выступил с докладом и высказал ряд предложений в связи с предстоящими юбилейными мероприятиями.
Предлагаем, совместно с профильными министерствами Тульской области, разработать концепцию мероприятий, посвященных 30-ти летию окончания боевых действий в Афганистане и Дню памяти о россиянах, исполнявших служебный долг за пределами Отечества. В связи с чем – создать рабочую группу (организационный комитет) по подготовке проведения данного мероприятия, где учесть необходимость:
а) восстановления Музея памяти боевой славы ветеранов боевых действий ТО и Проекта подготовки и издания альбома «Время выбрало нас!»;
б) осуществить паспортизацию могил погибших при исполнении воинского долга;
в) в преддверии юбилея провести месячник уроков мужества в учебных заведениях ТО;
г) продолжить работу по прохождению медицинской диспансеризации ветеранами боевых действий;
д) провести работе по награждению активистов ветеранского движения региональными и государственными наградами;
Вторым пунктом координационного совета стал вопрос о диспансеризации ветеранов и участников боевых действий. По мнению исполняющего обязанности министра здравоохранения только 60% мужчин приходят на медицинское обследование. Участники совещания приняли решение усилить меры по информированности членов ветеранских организаций по вопросам связанным с диспансеризацией.
