В Тульском Музее оружия состоялась рабочая встреча губернатора и правительства Тульской области, казачества и окормляющего его духовенства Тульской Епархии, а также состоялось награждение участников правительственными наградами.
Плодотворная деятельность при творческом взаимодействии Западного окружного казачьего общества ВКО «Центральное Казачье Общество» и отдела по взаимодействию с казачеством Тульской епархии, естественным образом развиваясь, получила положительную оценку со стороны органов власти нашей области.
Рабочие встречи по главным мероприятиям города, взаимодействие на областном уровне органов власти, казачества и Церкви – все это в новом отчетном периоде имеет позитивное развитие. И, как следствие, укрепление доверия и надежды на дальнейшее плодотворное взаимодействие.
На рабочей встрече губернатора области Алексея Дюмина, казачьих атаманов и духовенства Тульской епархии состоялось подведение итогов совместной работы, были намечены пути дальнейшего сотрудничества, а также озвучены вопросы, требующие особого внимания со стороны действующей власти.
Открывая встречу, Алексей Геннадьевич Дюмин отметил: «В Тульской области казачество имеет глубокие корни. С его историей связаны многие места нашего края. Сегодня казачье общество в регионе крепнет и развивается. Активно участвует в общественной жизни Тульской области».
Казачий полковник Алексей Иванович Альховик, окружной атаман ЗОКО ВКО ЦКВ, принимая слово, предложил ознакомиться с деятельностью Западного окружного казачьего общества, просмотрев небольшой видеоролик режиссера Николая Губенкова, как отчет о проделанной работе с различных мероприятий. Затем, Алексей Иванович передал слово окружному священнику, председателю отдела по взаимодействию с казачеством Тульской епархии протоиерею Игорю Корейше.
Отец Игорь в своем слове обратил внимание: «Ваше Превосходительство, глубокоуважаемый Алексей Геннадьевич, уважаемый атаман Алексей Иванович, братья казаки. Наше взаимодействие строится на самом главном, а самое главное для казака, это не шашка, не винтовка и не конь вороной. Так же как и в Церкви, главное не иконы и фрески, не хор, не облачения – а наш Господь Иисус Христос. И если именно в Нем вы будете видеть самое главное в своем труде, то у вас все получится.
С избранием нового атамана Алексея Ивановича в работе появился новый импульс. Он собрал воедино то, что было разрознено. И сейчас, по крайней мере, батальон обученных казаков уже найдется. Мы плотно взаимодействием по всем мероприятиям казачества – ни одно из многочисленных мероприятий без участия Церкви не обходится. Это и военно-полевые выходы и работа с молодежью и проведение казачьих спартакиад. Также у нас осуществлен удачный опыт проведения детского военно-спортивного православного казачьего лагеря «Казачий стан».
Затем состоялась торжественная церемония награждения. Алексей Дюмин объявил Благодарность за большой вклад в духовно-нравственное воспитание казаков протоиерею Игорю Корейше как окружному священнику Западного ОКО и председателю Епархиального отдела по взаимодействию с казачеством. Также благодарность губернатора была объявлена казакам Стефану Анурову за большую работу в деле привлечения казаков к военной службе и казаку Александру Пронину за большой вклад в военно-патриотическое воспитание казаков. Ценным подарком губернатора был поощрен режиссер и руководитель информационной службы ЗОКО Николай Губенков.
В ходе мероприятия Алексею Геннадьевичу Дюмину тульские казаки вручили статуэтку Георгия Победоносца, а протоиерей Игорь Корейша в дар Губернатору преподнес образ Успения Божией Матери, поскольку Алексей Геннадьевич родился именно в этот святой день.
Одним из результатов подобной совместной работы мы видим рождение новой традиции – становление праздника в честь образа Святителя Николая, именуемого «Тульский». Его сохранение не только в церковной памяти, но и области. И эта история, которая рождается на наших глазах, обретает форму благодаря реальной совместной работе администрации, казачества и Церкви Тульской земли.
События, сохранившиеся благодаря летописям 1552 года, свидетельствуют об обороне Тульского кремля от нападения крымского хана Девлет-Гирея. Как и много позднее, во времена Великой Отечественной войны Тула стала неприступными воротами к Москве, так и за несколько столетий до этого, во времена Ивана Грозного небольшому гарнизону при чудесной защите любимого в народе святителя Николая Чудотворца удалось отстоять Тульский Кремль и способствовали успешному походу на Казань.
Организации этого праздника было посвящено выступление Шерина Валерия Витальевича, заместитель председателя правительства Тульской области.
Подводя итоги встречи, Алексей Геннадьевич Дюмин заметил: «…Мы с вами в одной команде, и наше совместное участие должно быть одним целым. Я хочу еще Вас поблагодарить за Вашу работу, поздравить Вас с прошедшим 5 июля днем Тульской иконы святителя Николая. И пожелать, чтобы завтрашнее мероприятия состоялось, и погода была хорошая, чтобы много детишек собралось, и мы достойно провели этот праздник».
